L.A. Planning Committee Approves Controversial Affordable Housing Linkage Fee

The L.A. City Council PLUM Committee unanimously approved a proposed new city Affordable Housing Linkage Fee. If approved by council, the fee would generate an estimated $100 million annually for the city's affordable housing trust fund.
