A bill to correct the motor vehicle code to allow pedestrians to use countdown signals the way they were intended--as information they could use to decide whether they have time to cross an intersection--has passed both houses of the legislature and is headed for the governor's signature.

Planners, Time to Get to Work: Lots More Bike/Ped Projects to Get Money
